Can you explain how Invisalign® works?
Invisalign® treatment involves wearing a sequence of custom clear aligners that gently reposition teeth, switching aligners about every 1–2 weeks.
Yes, Invisalign® is effective in most mild to moderate cases. More complex alignment problems may need braces, but Invisalign® addresses many orthodontic needs.
Treatment length is commonly 6–18 months based on your case, and consistent daily aligner use of 20–22 hours supports timely results.
You take your aligners out to eat and to drink anything besides water, so your favorite foods remain on the menu.
